The entire school community came together on November 21st to celebrate the Feast of Presentation.
Fr Tom Dalton, school chaplain, presided over a mass for the Presentation school body at Rowe Street Church that was attended by students, staff and Sisters from the Convent.
A word of thanks for all of the work carried out by our religious and music departments to mark this special date on the calendar, in what has been an incredible term of celebration for the school. As well as marking the school’s bicentenary in October, the year 2018 also marks the 300th anniversary of the birth of our foundress, the venerable Nano Nagle.
A big thank you to @preswexre and the music department, and Fr Tom Dalton for a lovely service. Here our choir sing ‘Light a Candle’. @ceist1 @PresSisNE @mcobrien50 @NanoNaglePlace #Nano300 #PresWex200 pic.twitter.com/mEcOXGUGyb
